Abstract Submission Guidelines
| · | Submitted material should not have been previously published. |
| · | Please submit abstract(s) before the submission deadline (20 October, 2017, HKT 23:59). |
| · | All abstracts must be submitted in ENGLISH, with a title in Chinese whenever possible (in addition to |
| an English title). | |
| · | Selected abstracts may be invited for poster presentation and published in the conference |
| programme book, while oral presentation in parallel sessions will be subject to the decision of the | |
| selection committee. | |
| · | Word limit: 500 words including acknowledgements. |
| · | Please register to the symposium seperately at www.scm.hku.hk/pdy2017/registration.html. |
| Without registration, your abstract will not be included in the programme book nor will you be | |
| able to present your papers. | |
| · | The Secretariat allows NO amendment to submitted abstract(s) under any circumstances. |
| Please check them carefully before submission. | |
| · | Please make sure all necessary information including correspondence author's details, abstract |
| titles, author and content are properly filled in. Incomplete abstract submission form will NOT | |
| be considered by the academic committee of the conference. |
How to Submit Abstract:
| 2. | Abstract sent in by fax will NOT be accepted. |
| 3. | Deadline for abstract submission: by 20 October 2017 (HKT 23:59). |
| 4. | A confirmation of acceptance will be sent to the Presenting Author via e-mail upon selection by |
| the selection committee. | |
